3-Setup magic

All the magic of setting up your new Dubsado CRM happens!

4-Handover call

A video call to walk you through your new Dubsado CRM setup, how to change things and where things are. The call is recorded so that you can refer back to it whenever you want!

5-Post setup support

30 days of post-setup support if you need anything as you start to use your new Dubsado setup.

  • Inputting all branding info for a cohesive client experience

  • Removing all unnecessary pre-built emails/forms to streamline your system

  • Creating Project Statuses for leads and jobs to track progress efficiently

  • Setting up the Client Portal for seamless interactions

  • Creation of essential templates and tools, including:

    • 1x Contract template

    • 1x Lead capture form

    • 1x Payment plan

    • Up to 3x Packages for 1 service

    • 1x Workflow

    • Up to 2x Questionnaires

    • 1x Scheduler

  • A 1-hour handover walk-through session after completion, so we can talk through your new systems together (with a recording you can come back to anytime)

  • Providing 30 days of support post-handover for smooth transitions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Your Dubsado CRM set up will be done in 1- 2 weeks. If you’ve added a Full Setup, that will be ceompleted 1-2 weeks after your approval of your CRM setup.

  • Absolutely! We can split the payment into 2 or 3 installments. (Please note, there is no limit to the # of payments, but the review call happens after your final payment.)

  • No worries at all! CRM’s aren’t always necessary and if your current system works for you, doesn’t feel overwhelming and you’re on top of every single detail, then stay with it! But if you’re thinking that it might be time to invest and give yourself some time back in your day, let’s chat!

  • I am not a copywriter, but if there are gaps in your workflow, I will create a placeholder email with a note about the purpose. I will show you how to update the email template, and the related workflow(s), but it is your responsibility to write the final email to be sent to your clients.
