Vancouver Engagement Session - Jericho Beach - Lisa + Scott
These travel adventurers hold the beach in their hearts. The promise of new adventures on the horizon draws them like a moth to the flame. And the nachos at the Jericho yacht club are pretty amazing, as well.
In recent months, Lisa and Scotts’s lives have been full of excitement. They traveled to Peru, where Scott got down on one knee and proposed to his best friend. They found a house that truly made them feel like they were home. While exploring the streets of Peongchang, they soaked in all the city had to offer during at the Winter Olympics. And now, they look are looking to the future with joy and excitement, as their wedding approaches.
As we walked along Jericho Beach, Lisa and Scott appreciated the best of Vancouver’s scenery – mountains + ocean. And I focused on capturing their awe of the Pacific Northwest. Next, we took a mini time-out. We cracked some cold bevvies, partially to calm engagement session nerves, and partially so I could hear their South Korean travel stories first-hand. Scott’s journey, one evening, took him from being lost in the city to arriving back at his hotel with a cheeseburger in hand, for Lisa.
I’m feeling incredibly blessed and thankful to be a part of Lisa’s and Scott’s day. I can’t imagine a better place, than the beautiful patio of Bridge Restaurant on the iconic Granville Island, for these two explorers to begin their next adventure.
